I have always had an interest in nutrition, herbs, essential oils and any kind of natural good health. On one hand I believe in the benefits of eating well, but on the other hand I love, love, love chocolate.
The best idea I’ve come up with is to make healthy versions of these foods that I love to eat. I have a couple of smoothie recipes that I rotate. This week I want to share my favorite, which is the Cocoa Smoothie. UMMM! CHOCOLATE.
- 2 cups soy milk
- 1/8 cup cocoa
- 6 packets Truvia
- 3 cups ice
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until desired consistency. This makes a huge 32 ounce smoothie that has only 180 calories. Or split it with a friend for only 90 calories each!
